This year, I had the privilege of travelling to Bella Coola for their 2nd Annual Bella Coola 5K/10K Fun Run (I opted out of the 50,000 plus sea of people in Vancouver for the first time in 27 years). It was a fantastic morning!

SportMedBC has just launched a downloadable, printable version of their popular SportMed RunWalk training programs – LearnToRun10K, Run10KFaster, Walk10K and Nordic Walk10K. Many people don't do a lot of stretching after finishing the Sun Run. For those people, the best advice would be to squeeze in a Yoga session on your way home after the run. Yoga and Running go hand in hand. So here's the deal. I was asked to become a member of the Ask the Experts Panel at the 11th hour back in January after completing the production of 10 video segments for the 2009 Sun Run. After accepting, I set a reasonable and achievable goal of writing 25 quality posts for the Sun Run - Ask the Experts Blog by April 19 as it is the 25th anniversary of the event. At one time the finish line Horn of Plenty was meant to be more of a marketing perk for many 10K run organizers who were all competing for the same small share of the fund raising market.
