SportMedBC has just launched a downloadable, printable version of their popular SportMed RunWalk training programs – LearnToRun10K, Run10KFaster, Walk10K and Nordic Walk10K. Many people don't do a lot of stretching after finishing the Sun Run. For those people, the best advice would be to squeeze in a Yoga session on your way home after the run. So here's the deal. I was asked to become a member of the Ask the Experts Panel at the 11th hour back in January after completing the production of 10 video segments for the 2009 Sun Run. After accepting, I set a reasonable and achievable goal of writing 25 quality posts for the Sun Run - Ask the Experts Blog by April 19 as it is the 25th anniversary of the event.
