Jump start the New Year with our FREE 6-Week Virtual RunWalk Training Program!

Join us for six weeks of free online programming and coaching advice to keep you active and ready for our annual 13-Week InTraining Program beginning February 27th.
As many of you know, due to the PHO's order on restrictions for events and social gatherings which was been extended until January 8th, SportMedBC has decided to delay the start date of the 2021 InTraining Program.
With in-person group activities being put on hold for the time being, we believe it is more important than ever to support people in their physical and mental well-being. Therefore, SportMedBC is providing this structured run/walk program to help keep you moving and motivated during the dreary winter months.
Our resident Olympian and RunWalk Coach Lynn Kanuka, has developed the 6-Week RunWalk Program for walkers and beginner to intermediate runners. The program, which starts the week of January 16th, 2021, will be supported by bi-weekly emails from SportMedBC as well as an online coaching session with Coach Lynn.
