Instructions
Ingredients: 
  • ½ cup quick oats
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 medium apple
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp walnuts
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions: 
  •  Prepare oatmeal as directed on package. 
  •  Add chopped apple, chopped walnuts, cinnamon and brown sugar to oatmeal during cooking.
