D'arcey Musselman is a Doctor of Chiropractic with a Masters in Sport and Exercise Psychology, a Diploma in Education and a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education. D'arcey has worked in private practice in Vancouver and Victoria and has clinical interests in athletic injuries, sports biomechanics, injury rehabilitation and mental preparation for competition. She has been a part of the medical team at various competitive sporting events including the Ford Ironman Hawaii World Championship. D'arcey has taught at the college level and regularly gives lectures to running and triathlon groups on a variety of topics related to athletic performance. Having been involved in high performance and recreational sports all of her life, D'arcey's passion for sport and helping others motivated her to get involved in coaching. She has been actively coaching swimming for 16 years and has coached in Canada, United States and Australia. She also currently coaches endurance triathletes. Still an avid athlete, D'arcey has completed six Ironman triathlons and enjoys snowboarding, tennis and hiking. D'arcey joined the SportMedBC team in March 2009 in the role of Manager of SportMed Performance programs.
